Stall Availability: Please note, space is limited! We have only 10 stalls available for this exclusive event. These stalls are dedicated to Islamic Arts and Crafts, Islamic Books, clothing, and more, ensuring a focused and authentic experience for all attendees. Booking your stall is a fantastic opportunity to present your unique creations, from intricate calligraphy and handmade jewelry to traditional Islamic attire and literature.

Booking Your Stall: To secure your stall at the festival, please proceed with the payment, as this will confirm your booking. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage prompt booking to avoid disappointment. Your participation as a vendor is not just a chance to showcase your items but also a way to support and promote Islamic cultural heritage.

Food Stalls: Given the special requirements and limited availability, we are offering a very limited number of stalls for food vendors. If you are interested in booking a stall for selling food items, it is essential to contact us directly before making any payment. Islamic Arts & Crafts Festival Stall Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a stall at the Islamic Arts & Crafts Festival hosted by Leaf Coaching, stall holders agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Setup and Duration:

    • Stall holders must have their stalls fully set up by 10:00 AM on the day of the event and are required to operate their stall until at least 4:00 PM, which is the designated set down time.

    • Stall holders must clear their area and ensure it is left in its original condition by 4:45 PM.

  2. Stall Allocation:

    • Stalls will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis on the 12th of July 2025. Booking and payment will confirm stall for the day, but not the positioning on the 12th July - that will be decided by those who turn up first on the day.

  3. Volunteer Passes:

    • Each stall booking entitles the holder to four (4) free volunteer passes. These passes are intended for use by individuals assisting with the operation of the stall.

  4. Damage and Liability:

    • Stall holders are responsible for the security and integrity of their products and stall setup. Booking does not cover accidental damage to the stall or products.

    • Neither the Dutch Church nor Leaf Coaching will be held responsible for any accidental damage to property or personal injury incurred during the event.

  5. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • There are no refunds available for stall bookings, other than in the unlikely event that the Islamic Arts & Crafts Festival is cancelled by Leaf Coaching. In which case, stall holders will be notified accordingly and refunds will be issued.

    • If a stall holder decides not to attend the event after booking, they are required to inform Leaf Coaching as soon as possible.

  6. Photography:

    • Photography may be conducted during the event for promotional purposes. By agreeing to these terms, stall holders consent to the use of such photographs by Leaf Coaching and the Dutch Church, which may include images of the stall and its operators.

    • Stall holders are encouraged to publicize the event via their social media channels to help ensure the success of the Islamic Arts & Crafts Festival.

  7. Compliance:

    • Stall holders must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those related to health and safety. Food stall holders must have received prior approval from Leaf Coaching and meet all specified requirements.

  8. Amendments:

    • Leaf Coaching reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Stall holders will be notified of any significant changes.

By completing the booking process, stall holders acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement is intended to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for all participants and attendees of the Islamic Arts & Crafts Festival.
